Welcome all students to UCR-Extension Center's International Relations class, part of the International Education Programs, here at the Extension Center.
This is a content-based course, which uses authentic texts from the available media to look at some dimensions of the relationships between nations, current events and issues that impact our times.
Students will have a hands-on role in choosing the content of the information presented and discussed during this course. For each class meeting, two students will have to prepare short presentations (summaries of articles) about some topic that they find important, interesting or else curious and worth discussing.
Students are encouraged to use this blog as a place to keep notes on events, to present their ideas and opinions, or to start a discussion regarding a topic that they find interesting/important.
